Application Process 

To schedule a showing, fill out our pre-approval form (no cost).

You may apply anytime. Your application will not be approved if you don’t meet the qualifications (see above). Applications are considered on a first come, first serve basis unless multiple applications are received within 48 hours. The application fee of $17 is nonrefundable and covers the cost of your background and credit check. If your application is approved, you will have 24 hours to pay your security deposit in full. This will hold the property for you until a lease is signed. Full payment of the first month’s rent is due by lease signing.
