To qualify as a co-signer, we need to see a credit score of 700+ and verifiable income that equals at least 5x the monthly rent.
When you co-sign, you guarantee performance of the entire lease and its terms. This means that if the tenant stops paying rent, causes damage to the unit, or doesn’t follow the lease, we can turn to you to make it right. In most cases, you remain on the lease for the entire duration of the tenancy.
After we verify your income and are ready to run your credit check, you’ll receive a link to make the $20 payment.
