The State of Michigan requires that we give you a paper called a move-in checklist. You should find it on your counter when you get access.
Be thorough when filling this out. It will be used to document the condition of the unit and protect your security deposit when you move.
Return it within 7 days of lease start. Retain a photo of it for yourself.
Take photos of the home at move-in.
